Which high definition camcorder ? - jvc high definition excellent camcorder

Hello, ok, I know that many people have asked this question, but with the new camcorder for the whole time I asked myself the best my needs?
I'll be going on vacation and want a high-definition video camera. Does the hard drive or flash-def (no cassette or CD) should be high and AE should be around 600 or less looking for, but perhaps a little more. I prefer a built-in light and images of excellent quality, of course. I think Sony Vegas for editing and a concert by 60 disk 3CCD Camcorder JVC, but did not like how they keep on file.
